Submit ONE APPLICATION per FAMILY
Applications will be considered in the order that they are received. Please answer all questions - only completed applications will be reviewed.
Parent information below should be the person filling out the form (think "Parent 1").
- This is the parent / contact information used for membership notification.
- Look for the gray "Add Parent" button to include additional parent(s) to your family's profile. Please make sure and include any parent that will be volunteering.
- The order parents are listed will not be noted or visible once a family's membership has been onboarded.
Do you have more than one son eligible for membership?
- Complete the "Son's Information" for your oldest eligible son.
- Then, choose the gray "Additional Son Applying" button to include an additional son to your family's application.
ALL SONS: Remember to include your son's grade level next year (2026-2027) and his graduating class.

Watch for the "Success!!!" message to appear once your application has been submitted. Take a picture with your phone as a reminder that the task is complete.
